Green Tea Matcha Pancakes
I was craving something a little more different than regular pancakes this morning. And it hit me...GREEN TEA PANCAKES. Some of you may already know through a few of my videos that I'm like mad obsessed with everything green tea. It really just gives this very clear, cleansing kind of taste? I have a giant pouch of green tea powder and it seems very easy to flavor things up with green tea by just adding a tablespoon here and there in everything. I loved these pancakes, they were very thick and fluffy, and matcha pancake heaven! I served it with a side of scrambled eggs, but I really wished I had bacon! Could only imagine how nommy green tea and bacon would go together now.

NOTE: We want a thick pancakes by having a lumpy batter, an over mixed batter will make flat pancakes.
