Unicorn Ice Cream
Recipe For Unicorn Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 Cups/1 Pint Heavy Cream
- 14 oz (1 Can) Condensed Milk
- Red, Blue, Yellow Gel Food Coloring
- Star Sprinkles
- Mini Marshmallows
Directions
- Shake the heavy cream. Pour it into a small mixing bowl with and with a whisk attachment whip this on medium high speed until it become stiff like whipped cream. Pour in the can of condensed milk and fold this gently a spatula. Separate the cream base into four bowls and using food dyes, color them pink, yellow, blue and purple
- In a 9x14 pan pour in half the colors at a time alternating the layers. For example, pour in half the pink and half the blue, and spread it, half the pink and half the yellow and spread it, and just repeating the steps. Using an offset spatula or knife, lightly swirl the colors, do not over swirl. Add any sprinkles now, I added my marshmallows after freezing, but that was just a preference of mine
- Cover with saran wrap and freeze for 8 hours or over night before serving
