1/2 cup warm milk
30g butter
1 whisked egg to glaze
3 tbsp plain flour
Ingredients for pastry cream filling:
2 cups milk
1/4 cup white sugar
2 egg yolks
1 egg
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/3 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
