How To Make Kimchi Soup Easy! 🥘🥘♥️♥️♥️


Super easy and delicious Kimchi Soup! Tastes just like the ones from the Korean restaurants. I was so confused to see that this soup was so easy to recreate. The key ingredient is the chili pepper paste that makes the broth super yummy! I literally have no reason to ever go to a Korean restaurant ever again.
Kimchi Soup Recipe
  • 1 lb Nappa Cabbage Kimchi, cut to bite sized pieces
  • 1 lb Pork, Cubed
  • 1.5 lb Tofu, Cut into rectangles
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 2 Tbsp Gochujang, Chili Pepper Paste
  • 2 Tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • Enoki Mushrooms
Directions
  1.  Add oil into a dutch oven. Add the meat. Add kimchi, water, pepper paste, sugar. 
  2. Bring to a boil, and then simmer 45 minutes. Towards the end add mushrooms and Enoki Mushrooms

Cut up the pork
Yummy store bought kimchi

Cut the kimchi into bite sized pieces

Add oil into a dutch oven. Add the meat. 


Add kimchi, water


Add pepper paste, sugar. 

Bring to a boil, and then simmer 45 minutes. 

Towards the end add mushrooms and Enoki Mushrooms



Yummy! Serve with rice.
