Recipe for Green Tea Protein Bars

Recipe for Green Tea Protein Bars
  • 85 grams (1/3 cup) Almond Butter
  • 1 cup + 2 tablespoons Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Stevia Extract
  • 168 grams Vanilla Brown Rice Protein Powder
  • 60 grams (1/2 cup) Oat Flour
  • 4 Teaspoon Organic Matcha Powder
  • 4 oz chocolate

  1. In a stand mixer, mix together almond butter, milk, and stevia extract on low speed. 
  2. In another clean bowl, mix together,  protein powder oat flour, and matcha powder. 
  3. Using a paddle attachment, gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix until combined and has a cookie dough texture.
  4. In a  8 x 8 brownie pan, line with parchment. Add in the dough and press it down flat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 
  5. Remove from pan and cut into rectangles. Melt chocolate in microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals. Drizzle chocolate over protein bars.
