Buttermilk Pumpkin Recipe
I'm currently going through some crazy pumpkin phase ever since fall, happened. I always wanted to try out everything pumpkin, and everything I made so far with pumpkin has been amazing, that I wonder why don't I add things with pumpkin on non fall days? I love that these pumpkin donuts keep so well and are actually yummier the next day, and more chewier too. I believe it give the donut some time to relax and become yummier by waiting another day. I made a loooot of these donuts, but they were quite small, like minis ones. I made about 50(?) mini ones and they were gone within two days!
Ingredients Needed:
3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup pumpkin puree
Oil for frying
To Make Buttermilk
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon lemon
