PUMPKIN BREAD RECIPE


  • 7.5 OZ PUMPKIN PUREE
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
  • 1/3 CUP WATER
  • 1 1/2 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
  • 1 3/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
  • 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
  • 3/4 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON
  • 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND NUTMEG
  • 1/4 TEASPOON GROUND CLOVES
  • 1/8 TEASPOON GROUND GINGER
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil and water.
  2. In another bowl whisk together the dry ingredients, sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger. 
  3. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients by making a well in the center of the flour and pouring in the wet ingredients, and mix together 
  4. Spray bread pan with oil and lightly dust with flour. 
  5. Pour in the batter and bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
