PUMPKIN BREAD RECIPE
- 7.5 OZ PUMPKIN PUREE
- 2 EGGS
- 1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
- 1/3 CUP WATER
- 1 1/2 CUP GRANULATED SUGAR
- 1 3/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
- 1 TEASPOON BAKING SODA
- 3/4 TEASPOON SALT
- 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND CINNAMON
- 1/2 TEASPOON GROUND NUTMEG
- 1/4 TEASPOON GROUND CLOVES
- 1/8 TEASPOON GROUND GINGER
DIRECTIONS
- In a bowl whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil and water.
- In another bowl whisk together the dry ingredients, sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients by making a well in the center of the flour and pouring in the wet ingredients, and mix together
- Spray bread pan with oil and lightly dust with flour.
- Pour in the batter and bake at 350°F for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
