Brownie With Cookie Dough Frosting And Vanilla Ice Cream



For Brownies:
½ Butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cup cocoa powder
½ cup all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

What to do:
1. Grease a 8x8 pan
2.  Melt 1/2 cup of butter in a pan. Take it out of the pan, add in sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla, mix. Add 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder, mix. Pour into pan.
3. Bake 25-30 at 350F

For the Cookie Dough:
¾ cup unsalted butter
¾ cup light brown sugar
¾ cup granulated sugar
3 tablespoons milk
1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1½ cups chocolate chips
+ Vanilla Ice Cream to add on top

 How to make the cookie dough frosting:
1. Mix butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar in a mixer. Add milk and vanilla, mix. Add flour. Fold in chocolate chips
2. Before frosting the brownies, make sure they're cool. Refrigerate for one hour. Cut and scoop ice cream over it.
