Pork Buns

Dough Recipe:
1 cup Warm water
2 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
3 cups flour

Filling:
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp ketchup
3/4 cup hot water
1 pound of pork
